My massage therapist was amazing however the 'office manager' is rude and argues with clients. I had my work schedule changed last minute on a Sunday and the facility is closed on Sunday's, I didn't know they had voicemail and a lot of business don't check their voicemails til the next business day; so I called in early Monday morning five times to cancel my appointment as soon as they opened, to no answer, the fifth time I finally left a voicemail saying I couldn't make it in and apologized for
