Worst customer service! They were very rude!

Called to order a pizza. They took my phone number and told me it was very busy and would take a half hour, which was okay. But arrived and was told they didn't have my pizza and that I never called! They didn't apologize for losing the order. Quite the opposite, they kept telling me I never called them. And were SO rude! Wow. I was trying to give the new place in a town a try and they treat customers or potential customers like this??? I would never return or recommend it!
