Tried this new accountant hoping for good customer feedback. Long story short, despite my request 2 weeks prior to tax deadline, my taxes were not completed, and my tax payment is now late. Verbally abusive accountant (owner) was so threatening when I pressed for clarification (had only spoken to him 2 times). Too scared to go back so sent a friend to pick up my files. Shaken! Felt sorry for the receptionist. No respect in that office. Reported them to BBB
