I tried to return an unlocked phone, but the owner got confused and thought that it was a prepaid phone because it came with a Telus SIM that you could buy a pay-as-you-go plan for as a separate purchase. Refused to refund, refused to talk to me, just kept walking away from me and insisting that he couldn't refund a prepaid phone. Eventually started pretending I wasn't there, so I left. Very weird and frustrating. The staff seem nice, but the owner might stiff you if he feels like it.
