I'd give him a zero if possible. He took 75% of the money for the job and then never completed it. I tried filing with the BBB, but they were no help. do NOT hire Jeff, he will take your money and run. He always has an excuse as to why he can't come or he's just about to call you or you're next on his list. Reputable roofers will not ask for money up front.

Took money for job (stating it was needed it for materials) with EMPTY PROMISES and EXCUSES for delays dragging out since Aug. 2015--never has come back to do the job and phone number is now OUT OF SERVICE.

All talk and no action!!!! Great at taking your money but lousy at getting the job done.
