John helped me so kindly today and I appreciated his attention very much!

Bought an ebike from them. Bike failed during warranty and they tried to get out of covering the warranty, out right lied to me on many occasions, took 5 months to get my bike back and then was never fixed properly and same issue failed again. Never buy anything from them.

I have deep cell battery pack on my RV. All Battery has coached me numerous times on charging issues...always helpful, always knowledgeable. I really rely on them. Great work, guys.
