We went into The Brick in Prince George - just to look at and compare prices on a dryer.
Nirmal a knowledgeable and very personable salesperson asked if she could help. She had answers to all our questions and showed us several dryers. Of course we only intended to look and we ended up buying a great dryer. Thank you Nirmal for you good service and thank you for not being a pushy salesperson.

I live in Edson, Alberta and want to pass on the excellent service that was given to me at the Brick. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and as a direct response, I purchased a dryer! Delivery and product was also excellent!

Bought my kitchen chairs from The Brick. They came in when they said they would, I received my reminder call and they were well packaged The staff was professional and efficient and the best was when a few days later they were on sale I got refunded the difference. Love the chairs they are ver comfortable!!

Have surprise move that I have to do in 9 days and moving from a furnished to non furnished...in November.... during covid....with a disabled child.... was pretty stressed about getting a couch... especially since I needed to pick it up on a specific day. Staff was so very helpful....and I’m relieved to say I have one.... on a side note young woman who helped us was completely delightful... def made my very stressful day have a ray of sunshine.... I believe her name was Jillian..thank u Jillian
