Terry owner of Affordable quality roofing and Joes contracting has very bad business practices. They use mix and match products which is not allowed and roofs do not qualify for warranties. All of there work is subbed out to other crews who don’t get paid and come back to houses knocking doors and causing homeowners headache. There are a lot of companies out there who do quality work (and the pricing is far more reasonable then these guys) and make sure all labor gets paid and care about there

Joes Contracting did an outstanding reroofing job on our Vancouver house and garage. The job was done quickly, professionally, using high quality 30-year materials and labour. The team cleaned up each night and the price was very competitive. I would use them again and recommend them.
