This company does not take care of your home! They don’t do the 3 months inspections on time, more like 4 months and save themselves one inspection per year. They don’t follow your contract when qualifying tenants. They don’t send homeowners a report if they do do an inspection. They don’t follow up when the tenant is calls about a mold situation causing us a huge remediation bill. The walkout inspection is not thorough the agent did not check our appliances, 4 are broken!
A week of trying to contact someone from Bayview Strata & Rental Services and still no return phone call. After multiple calls to the office I am put straight through to voicemail with no help and no call back. As an owner of a property managed by this company I am completely appalled at the service they provide.
I will never recommend their services to another client.

-allowed a dog without my consent
—informed me that they did gather a pet deposit but issued me a financial statement stating otherwise
-asked them to arrange an inspection and with zero results after five days, I served the tenant an inspection notice myself
-refused to allow me view the lease the tenant sign
