    There's mail slot at this Services Canada Surrey branch and I can't even drop off my mail to them. This is not user-friendly at all!

    terrible, I am trying to get in touch with the pensions branch about my pension I am so frustrated with the system no numbers to call, and when you find one they can not help you!!
