What a complete IGNORAMOUS whoever owns this business. I asked to have a quote done on my stairs at my cottage and support local business. Once he knew my brother was a contractor he said you sounds like you can handle it then we are too busy and hangs up the phone. I am FLABBERGASTED and SPEECHLESS right now. Being an entrepreneur and businessman for more then 30 years, this is so SAD.
