Anna Nails & Spa

I had a great experience today at Anna’s Nails & spa. I was happy with all the Covid protocols in place. They took my temperature, hand sanitizer, I had to sign in, plexiglass in both the manicure & pedicure stations. The staff all had masks on. I would recommend using this Spa. Excellent job in keeping staff and our community safe!! It was awesome to be pampered. Thanks to Anna and staff. May your business see great success in the future. Monica

Great place to go! I have been living in Barrie all my life and it is one of the best places to get your nails done.

Horrible service and rude staff

Second visit: I had an appointment for 3pm and arrived at 3:07 to find they had already given away my space. When I said I had an appointment the lady (owner?) laughed at me and said I was late so I would have to wait. I waited 20 minutes, and noticed they were taking walk-in people ahead of me while I waited. I asked how much longer and the same lady said at least another 30 minutes. I asked why, and she was rude and said I should have showed up earlier. I left and won't return.

I will never go back here! I asked for solar nails, and received acrylic. First problem, and I even paid the solar price. After 3 days of normal wear they were bubbling and lifting, second problem. I went back and was told this was normal and told me it was fine. But she put nail glue on top and told me to leave, Third problem.
