    Great staff but sometimes not enough tellers when absolutely necessary to go into the branch. Thankful for internet banking and functional ATMs!

    remember the days when you would call a number of a business and you reached someone inside that business? Those days are no more. When you call this BRANCH, an automated service takes over, and then ends up routing you to their "call center" - THERE IS NO REACHING THE INSIDE OF THIS BANK! It is atrocious service. absolute nightmare. STILL waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. i JUST WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE INSIDE THIS BRANCH!
