Terrible communication skills and severe lack of dedication to providing timely & accurate appraisals. Will tell you one thing and will fail to follow through with his word. If you have him as your appraiser I strongly recommend requesting another appraiser. Not worth the stress and time wasted on the claim

Very poor response time. Ignores phone call, texting and emails. There are professionals out there that can provide a premium service. He is Not on that list
