Completely dishonest and highly unethical. I recommend you take your business elsewhere and save yourself some trouble. My car had hail dents and needed to be repaired. Mr. Lin had initially PROMISED the appraisal service company that he was able to fix the car. After weeks of negotiating and following up with Mr. Lin, he informed me that he did not have the proper equipment to fix my car. I am highly disappointed.
