Great Place!

Midland is a great town but can get expensive, especially if you are staying for a long time (vacation). My family and I were browsing motels in the town and they were all overrated and not that good. We came upon silver star and went in to ask - the people were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice, CLEAN, and big and perfect for the whole family. The owners are new and were renovating and the place looked really nice now. I definetly reccomend this place for people looking for affordable and comfertable stay!

Amazing service!

My boyfriend and I arrived late to midland and went to several hotels to find a place to stay for the night. Usually we only stop at big name places but we passed the silver star and deided to stop. After visiting several other hotels and being brushed off and offered ridiculously high prices for the date and room we were asking for going to the silver star was a great idea. The owners were amazing! they were so lovely and polite. They gave us a great rate and were so thoughtful to offer us anything we may have needed. We showed up in the middle of their renovations and still the place was lovely. The room was spotless, the furniture was a little outdated but as I stated before we showed up in the middle of their renovations. The owners told us all about how the new furniture was coming in within a couple weeks. All in all I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. You can tell they are really working hard and care about their business. They will not treat you like some random person, they will definately show you they care. I can't rave about this place enough. If your in the area give it a try you wont be disappointed!
