The job consisted of removing an old oil furnace, oil hwt and HRV and replace it with a new propane furnace, hwt and an updated HRV. The sales staff where helpful and knowledgeable about their products, what the competition offered and understood my needs. The install staff were respectful of the house and left me minimum cleanup after they finished the job. Post installation inspection issues from the gas company was dealt with fully and in a timely manner. Overall well satisfied.

I meet a Salesperson in the name of JC at the Spring Home & Garden Show. We've talk about my High Level of Humidity and poor quality of Air in my House. He convence me to have a IAQ Test.The result was not very good. I've installed a MERV 11 filter & filter box, a Sanuvox UV Light and an HRV. Wow! what a difference in quality of air and my level of humidity was in the range acceptable, no more water and ice in the bottom of my windows. Would strongly recommend Airzone HVAC and the Salesperson.

Dealing with these incompetent people was one of the worst experiences in my life . I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy ! Their service technicians are unreliable and have no idea what they are doing, they serviced my ac unit and somehow managed to connect it backwards, this damaged the capacitor. When I contacted them they would only send a technician after charging 100$, and when I reluctantly agreed, they could not get me a technician for another two weeks. When I called and complained to the management they promised to send a technician but never did ! So if you deal with them be prepared to waste your time and burn your money.
