Was not a good experience.

A woman with a British accent answers phone inquiries. She talks over the customer, blabbers on about how busy they have been and when she finally takes a breath and listens to what the customer is saying she rudely blurts out Well if we had known that... and then proceeds to berate the caller for not telling her and launches again into another self-serving rant about how busy they are. No thanks.
