Did not give an itemized bill as to what the cost would be! Did work that wasn't authorized and gave us a tough time at the time of pick up. Very rude counter girl, very disappointed in how we were treated.

At the beginning ...

At the beginning the service reasonable. Until they wanted to charge me $7.50 on my bill for a lug nut that they lost when changing my tires for the season. They were the only ones that touched my tires and lug nuts. The tires were always stored and serviced by their mechanics. Funny how it never got lost in the last 4 years of them changing them and servicing my tires. They created a big stink where the owner became very abusive and yelling over the $7.50
