Mortgage Broker was a total waste of time. He promised results and talks the talk but fails to deliver. He mumbles and cant be understood very well. No reputable lenders deal with him. He sends your deals to B lenders where rates are a lot higher. I spent two months with this firm and in the end I lost my deal. Avoid this broker and his firm. You can find better brokers.

Ylya talks a good game but does not deliver. He promised results and after 5 weeks he did not deliver and started hiding behind his secretary and voicemail. I had to constantly call and text him for an update. Very frustrating. Do not deal with this broker and his firm. You can find better brokers that deliver results.

Terrible business ethic. Ylya cannot even speak English properly. He promised I will get an approval with good rate and dragged my case for over three weeks then finally cannot approved. When I expressed my disappointment, he yelled at me in front of his staffs and other client who just walked in. There are so many mortgage agents/brokers out there! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
