Lowe’s is great for products and price. But Terry, a manager, gave me a tough time in honouring the 10% and tax free sales. She failed to do her job properly.

My wife and I went Lowes at Warden and Eglinton to buy a Dyson V7 Animal cordless vacumn after verifying that there were three in stock. They could not find any and would not provide a rain check. Needless to say we were upset to have gone out of our way to make this purchase but their inventory is hardly updated. I left my name and number for the manager to get some customer feedback, but the return call never came.
