I just got a call from this number. A gentleman asked me if I spoke Russian and when I said no, he hung up. I am not a client of TD bank and have never been there, so I don't know how they got my number or why. It feels suspicious, and if it's not, the least they could have done was give an explanation of how they got my phone number or just why they were calling.
