BEWARE Absolutely disgusting company. Promised they would tow my car by 4pm, no problem. They were very late and no phone call and communication. Driver didn’t even know he needed to deliver my car before 4 because the dispatch didn’t tell him. Dispatch said too bad so sad. Tried to resolve it yesterday and lady kept talking over me and hanging up on me. They said that towing is like going to the hospital and that I shouldn’t complain when more important things come up. I had a terrible experience with this company. I own a storage company with a number of companies who rent off me. I came out and B and B towing was in lane. I asked him who he was delivering for claimed he didn’t know I told him he had to know in order to direct him to proper spot. He got ignorant crude. Dropped car in middle of a busy lane way and took off. This driver was probably without a doubt the most ignorant person I have ever had in my yard of over 40 years.

I was just rescued from the side of the road by B&B towing. They were fast, friendly, and the service was excellent! Thank-you for helping me today :)

Called CAA and they sent Darryl to get our keys out of our car. Darryl arrived in a timely manner and had the keys out in no time! He was so friendly and provided great service!

My experience with B&B Towing was wonderful. Eric was extremely helpful, professional and kind. I had a flat front tire and he went out of his way to change both front tires to my summers tires. I had a very positive experience using B&B Towing and I would recommend their services.

Worst towing company EVER!! damaged my vehicle and now they won't repair it. EVEN HAD PROOF IT WAS JUST PAINTED AND THE RECEIPT TO PROVE IT. BEWARE OF THIS TOWING COMPANY VERY DISHONEST COMPANY

so over priced. charged me 60$ to unlock my car which took them all of 2 minutes.

Good towing rates...

Good towing rates but more importantly the driver was friendly, engaging, and great with our 4 year old son who was rather inquisitive about the towing process.
