Preston house rental unit is absolutely disgusting, every single thing in the unit is broken. The dishwasher, sofa, freezer, chairs are broken. The toilet was not functional and kitchen sink is clogging. The unit was filthy. Property Management did absolutely nothing even after several complaints. I would never recommend this place to anyone who reads this.
