I am so pleased with my window coverings from Better Blinds & Drapery. The best customer service I have ever received! From my lovely sales person, Janet who came to my home and helped me select fabrics, etc. To the very patient Bradden who came to take initial measurements and installed everything beautifully. And owners Mark and Kate who answered all my questions. The blinds and drapes turned out even better than I imagined. Wonderful quality and amazing customer care.

Mark is very helpful and super easy to work with! We had already had a great experience a year ago with him - and when we decided we needed more blinds we knew where to go. He remembered us and it was another great visit. Our blinds arrived quickly as well. The installer Bradden also is very pleasant and works very efficiently. I even decided later after he had already come out here I didn't want a solar pack and he didn't make me feel bad that I had caused some inconvenience! Awesome place!

I recently built a house and commissioned Better Blinds and Drapery to dress all my windows. Mark provided me with exemplary service. There is a huge selection of fabrics and window treatments from which to choose. Mark, Janet and Braydon were all very professional and personable. Great Service & Quality Canadian Window Treatments

We receive the Lakeshore Business Observer in Belle River and read the Better Blinds and Drapery ad. Needing new window treatments we met Kate and Mark at their showroom. They very friendly and showed us various options for our kitchen window and patio door. A home specialist came out to take measurements. Weeks later the blinds were installed. The treatments were made in Toronto. Awesome looking blinds, quality and service! We will recommend Better Blinds and Drapery to our friends. Kristina

Convenience and quality!

Their decoator came to our home with all sorts of samples. She narrowed down what would work best for us and helped us with style and colour selection. I loved the fact that I didn't have to measure a thing myself, btw! We couldn't believe the transformation blinds made to our house - great experience! I metioned I was referred by my parents and they gave me an extra discount too.
