Bill Hood makes up lies and excuses and pins tenants against eachother and is one minded disrespectful neglectful landlord. After I stood my ground and call him out for making up a lie that I complained about a tenant I actually appreciate, he sent an employee next morning to destroy my front garden at 1636 seneca street next to Stodgell Park. His retaliation was immature and actually will affect property image since I cannot afford to fix it afterwards.
