We get hundreds of thousands of requests each year for information about any buried facilities in proposed dig sites. The excavator starts the process by submitting a Locate Request ticket either online here or by phone.

Our members are public and private sector underground infrastructure owners who share a commitment to damage and injury prevention, and community safety.  Annually, members have responded to as many as 680,000 notifications to Locate Requests within 3 business days of notification (or 5 business days for Large Projects).
