My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. Even though my knowledge of cars is limited, their customer service was very professional and explained things in a simple manner. I recommend going to Kar Auto Parts for all related needs. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

They worked on my 3 series BMW . I was unable to find navigation unit . Until I contacted them . They cut dash and installed unit . Very satisfied with unit and workmanship. Back up camera was a pluss. Brought new life to vehicle. ????

Treated me wonderfully. Parts arrived in 1 day and were half the price of the dealership. I asked them about these reviews and they said "take a look at them, one guy didn't pick his parts up after ordering them, the other made us quote and requote him over and over, of course we are going to jack the price up if they are playing games & wasting our time and the last person was mad Fedex was late delivering his package that they shipped out on time." The bad reviews sound like problem customers

I bought a couple of cans of spray paint from these guys last summer, one for my old Raleigh Bike i was restoring and one for my present day vehicle. I just finished doing the spoiler and rear tail light covers. I must admit these paints are a precise match to both. The gloss that it left on the surface is unbeatable. I highly recommend seeing these guys for any automotive touch ups you require. They will mix right on the spot. Really impressed. Will need to go back and get some more cans.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I've been dealing with this store for years and although I usually check other stores as well, I almost always come here to order my parts. They are very knowlegeable and give excellent service. Best of all, they have GREAT prices and I have never had a problem with the parts I have purchased here. They usually have everything I need in stock but can usually order and recieve parts within an hour. I highly recomend this store. (located at Victoria Park and Gerrard, across from Loblaws)
