Intelligent Office Hamilton used A.S Security & Surveillance for the recent upgrade to our security system. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Eric at Altis was friendly, reliable and had clear communication. I felt a good sense of trust.
He installed a ring doorbell for me and explained all the features including risks. He even helped set up the Ring app. In addition, our fan light was out and it was a complicated process to figure out the LED bulb that needed to be ordered. Eric offered to help, contacted his supplier and will be back to install it!
Overall very happy and would recommend Eric as a trusted professional!
