Intelligent Office Hamilton used A.S Security & Surveillance for the recent upgrade to our security system. Not only did they provide us with state of the art equipment, the install was very quick and there was zero mess to be dealt with afterward. Although over 2 months have passed since you came out to quote and your guys came out to do the work at our house, I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and to the guys. You were great with the quoting and explaining it all – and for have some laughs, too. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Eric at Altis was friendly, reliable and had clear communication. I felt a good sense of trust.
He installed a ring doorbell for me and explained all the features including risks. He even helped set up the Ring app. In addition, our fan light was out and it was a complicated process to figure out the LED bulb that needed to be ordered. Eric offered to help, contacted his supplier and will be back to install it!
Overall very happy and would recommend Eric as a trusted professional!
