After submitting my first review which was not great, I had a very frank discussion with Shawn Stack, who not once discounted my feelings. This discussion had reinstated my confidence in continuing our business relationship with them. Shawn was very honest and sincere in helping us through our catastrophic financial disaster. Unfortunately the proposal did not work for us, which resulted in our filing for bankruptcy. I wouldn't want anyone else looking after our affairs in this high stress time

I used to lose sleep before and after a dental visit but now I sleep like a little baby. Dr. Singh and his entire team especially his assistant Jenna are caring, pleasant, friendly and very professional. Propt and Friendly Customer Service! In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! Also Daniel called when I had not found time to call back and confirm a time they called me back again and then arrived in 10 minutes! Thanks Steam Clean Express and Daniel !

To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans
