T - 30°C, my car refused to start at the Superstore parking lot. I called AMA for assistance and they sent in Clarence of Flynn Towing. He was so nice and very understanding. Although the car did not start after boosting he offered to wait for the flat bed truck to deliver the car to AutoTrac - prevent any damage from very bumpy roads due to snow drift and poor snow clearing. Absolutely the best service ever! It had been several years since we had our ducts cleaned, but Fred went above and beyond what past cleaners had done. We are grateful in so many ways because we could have had a fire because of all the soot. The past cleaners didn't pull out the blower and motor to clean and inspect like Fred did. Fred even pulled out original plaster, wood and cable from when the house was built in '56. The past cleaners should have caught this over the years. Thank you! Lire plus
