I'm a regular here, as many of my packages from different couriers get dropped off at this location. Every visit is a consistently excellent experience. The staff is always respectful and courteous, often calling to confirm pickups—which I really appreciate. Colin, in particular, goes above and beyond. Highly recommended this store.

We have worked with Banbury Lane for years and have always had the best experience. The staff is very knowledgeable with the products and what will work best for every job. An appointment is suggested if you want to have one on one service and assistance in finding the items that you are after. They do have the largest selection in Calgary and if you are looking for cost effective cabinet hardware or custom pieces made specifically for you they will be able to find exactly what you are after.

Thank you Canada for such wonderful people everywhere. We were gladly surprised when we learned that the manager of this building is Ukrainian, she can help you in Ukrainian, Polish and English. We have been in Canada for 1 month and once we found this location we applied. Not only did we get a perfect call back, she followed up and supported up with all the processes for Newcomers. My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. Amazing service and super good dudes!
