I used thus service for a very tricky car removal from the second level of an underground parking lot at a condo in Richmond Hill. From the beginning Dave was courteous and respectful, he listed and understood what the situation was and explained a variety of scenarios that might happen. We set up a time to do the removal and his drivers were there when promised and ready to work. I attended a visitation for a close friend who had passed away. I was impressed with the facilities which were modern and clean. The staff were professional and kind. The funeral director who prepared my friend for viewing did an excellent job as he looked so good and that brought back memories to the days when he was well and we had fun.
