Class 5 Road Test with Rick was tensionless, educative and enlightening with the instructor (Rick). He displayed professionalism and student calming techniques. He gave clear instructions throughout the test, was friendly in approach helped me maintain ease. An appointment is suggested if you want to have one on one service and assistance in finding the items that you are after. The staff is always super friendly, and I’ve had amazing work done by the dentists. I had an after hours emergency because I had been in an accident and my front teeth were broken. Dr Ian and Dr Chris came in after hours to help me. I’m SO grateful! They really care about their patients and definitely go above and beyond for them. I have three small children, and they all see Dr Chris. He is patient, gentle, and he is so understanding of my child who has sensory issues. Highly recommend!

Dr. Grewal and his team at Pro-Grace are the epitome of professionalism and caring treatment. There were no long waits, the front staff were pleasant and knew their jobs. The dental assistant was gentle and the surgeon for my extraction was excellent, always keeping me informed and checking on my well being. Having recently had a terrible experience at another practice, I was wary. I will be staying with Prograce from now on. Great service, no Drama.
