Naiad’s technicians, Josaphat and John, did an amazing job replacing the original popup sprinkler system controller and installing a new wireless Wi-Fi sprinkler control panel in a more ideal location in our garage. They also inspected our sprinkler system, made the necessary repairs, and turned it on for the season, so we didn’t have to book another appointment. Josaphat and John were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend Naiad!

Dr. Zimani helped me with a serious health problem a few years ago and Dr. Yin has been our family physician from the beginning. I ordered a railing for my mothers front step. I dealt with Wally who was very helpful in providing a competitive quote. A&C came and installed a great quality product on the same day they promised. Today I took my Mom to Mountain View Cemetery to put flowers on her husband Bills gravesite. It was snowing, cold and terrible windy. It was important that she went today as 1 year ago today, on her birthday he passed away suddenly. Today she turned 80 years old and for closure purposes I felt it was important to take her to fulfill her request. Thankfully for two very nice employees, George and Steve the Maintenance Man, Mom was given a ride to the site. She called them angels!

After ten days of no relief from a horrible rash a local Doctor had diagnosed as Scabbies, I went into the Pharmacist and asked if there was another medication I could try as the one the doctor had prescribed wasn't working.. He looked at my forearm and chest and mentioned that he didn't think that what I had was scabbies, but rather a skin rash, and recommended I seek a second opinion and sent me to a different clinic. The new doctor didn't even mention scabbies and when I asked if that was possibly what I had he laughed at me and said I didn't have any of the symptoms so stop worrying.. I then decided to get a third opinion as how could a doctor possibly diagnose something as horrible as scabbies without being sure or even really checking for simple symptoms. My third and regular doctor reasurred me that both the Pharmacist and second doctor were in fact correct and this was infact not scabbies but a rash or allergy. After ten hours of proper medication I am 80% better. I am so thankful for the time this pharmacist spent helping me, I sure wish I'd have gone to see him instead of the doctor to begin with!
