Working with Dean has been a very good experience for us. He is really friendly and easy going, as well as being very proficient and imaginative. We much appreciated his patience with us as we worked together to modify our initial drawings. It all was also done more quickly than we expected, and at a reasonable price. WOW, nothing but WOW, even after 20 years of being this vet hospital client, and knowing Dr Higgins for so long; I am still amazed and wowed by their service! Today, my 13 years old baby, Nina, was having seizures, and when I took her to Dr Higgins (after calling in around 1:00 pm, they took her right in), not only they took care of her immediately, Dr Higgins called me, suggesting that he will take her home tonight, to monitor her :) Great, great place!

Propt and Friendly Customer Service! In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! Also Daniel called when I had not found time to call back and confirm a time they called me back again and then arrived in 10 minutes! Thanks Steam Clean Express and Daniel !

Always have had very positive experiences. The walk in Drs have always been open and allow me to contribute to diagnostics without having threatened egos. They also don’t just throw a prescription at you typically if you don’t need one, and if you do need one are good about making sure its right. They have referred a specialist that was useless but I forgive them for it.
