In staff.Currently the employee's are the best the store has ever had.Your always welcomed and greeted with a curteous smile, your asked how they can help you today, exemplorary service..all staff are knowledgeable, polite, treat you like a human being. Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!

Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there.

This store is amazing, the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl the groomer is also wonderful, your dog's health and safety is her number one priority as well as them being comfortable and I appreciate how much she cares for my dogs comfort and happiness. She also does a wonderful job at grooming and we love her!

We bought 500 crckets at oct 3th,and they all dead in two day,we went back yesterday tand buy another 500, but only find out about 100 of them dead again,after came home from work, we buy crickets over a dozen times sofar,from 20cricket to 1000 crickets at one ,and never any thing wrong, we did talk to the sale people at the shop yesterday.and they too ，no clue. Can same one tell me why?

Yesterday I had my dog groomed for the first time at this particular location as my regular groomer for over 8 years quit and I was extremely happy. My dog does not like getting groomed and Alice did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. She is very nice and does a great job. Thanks again.

This is one of the nicest PetSmarts around. It's clean and modern and the staff will always greet you with a smile. The resident cat Adoption partner is superb and probably the best in the area. The leaders passion for their cause is very clear.

For 2 years, Ive looked for a dry food that my insanely picky Chihuahua would eat.. without success. Yesterday was my first time trying Pet Valu and the level of service I received was amazing. I was served by the manager who took so much time explaining the properties of different brands ...she was so knowledgeable and helpful that it was no surprise that when I arrived home with her recommendation, my dog ate a few dozen pieces immediately

I went in looking for a food that would help with my dogs skin allergies. After a few questions off she went. She explained that it was most likely gluten, soy and corn causing the itching, so she grabbed a Canadian brand called Normans. I also liked that they carry most of the Canadian made food. love this store, you're not a customer, you're family.
