We adopted our puppy here a year ago and he was our very first family pet. I had many concerns on where to adopt, and whenever I visited the store the staff in Pet Habitat were always so kind and guided us through the adoption. Till now whenever we encounter a problem I don't hesitate to call Pet Habitat for help and they gave us just the right advice and solution we needed, such experts! I am very satisfied and thankful for their service.

The folks at In the Raw, Jill and Rob, and their talented team are simply the best to be found anywhere in Vancouver. Their knowledge and willingness to help and advise pet owners is fantastic. I truly appreciate all their support with my black lab Sambuca before she went to the big river in the sky at 14 years of age. Bless you.

Took two big dogs to the Bosley's in Trenant Park Square in Ladner today to bathe them. Was very impressed with the staff as they were extremely helpful and friendly. And, the dog washing area was clean and had everything I needed - including treats for the dogs! (One dog does NOT like getting into the bath). Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service! The staff are extremely knowledgeable on all products they carry. They aren't pushy and will help you find the item you are looking for at a different store (even if it's not a Bosleys store) if they don't carry it.

Helpful and friendly staff. The store is cat-friendly and dog-friendly so you can bring your buddy inside with you. Solid selection of toys and high quality food. They sell cat harnesses. Prices are very reasonable. Overall a great locally owned business.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! We have shopped at both locations upon moving to the Tsawwassen area last year. We love the selection of products, and if they don't have it, they'll always order it. Their prices are superior to any other store we've been to, and my husband and I enjoy the "family biz" atmosphere. They always greet our dogs (a border collie and a lab x) and offer a cookie. Pets N Us is a high point in our dogs' day! Would recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming here for years. They have very experienced Japanese groomers and have never once had aBad haircut for my pup. The staff there is always so sweet and welcoming. It’s no wonder they are rated best of Vancouver year after year.
