I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. Very impressed with the service, knowledge, professionalism and how comfortable they made me feel. Would highly recommended them.

Went for hearing test and had every detail of the process explained carefully. Cathy provided me with a wealth of information to help me determine how to proceed after viewing the results. Opted for hearing aides and Cathy took a great deal of time to explain all of the possible options. Laura, the receptionist, was a treat to work with setting up follow up appointments. The new hearing aids were throughly explained to me and Cathy made sure all of my questions were answered before I left.

This is the place to go if you need a hearing aid. I've worn hearing aids for 15 years and I can't function without them. I've been to most stores near vaughan including the bigger ones. I have had shoulder and neck issues for a long time and because I travel a lot I have tried many clinics in many cities. That makes me a good judge when it comes to these services (maybe i should quit my job and become a pro critique. lol) anyways, I've had chiro (dr. rabi) & massage (hilary) sessions at altima and happy with both. i usually ask many questions but they always take their time answering me. also kudos for booking my appointments back to back (huge time saver)
