Very professional. They did the basement floor in my house in 1989 or so. No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to today [2025] and they did my new garage floor. I can't say enough about the excellent response and work I had done by Chapman Plumbing and Heating. I submitted a quote for the purchase, delivery and installation of 3 toilets to replace ones that were over 30 years. All interactions with the office were excellent with phenomenal response times. Once we provided the go ahead, the work was scheduled in a timely manner and was done quickly and efficiently. All the work areas were spotless on the completion of the work.

I just bought a 2025 Defender from Bill. The entire experience was excellent, his staff let us look at units and answered any questions. On delivery day I had a slight issue, techs were sent immediately to assist me and my new bike was delivered back to me within 2 hours. Bill even took the time to come and make sure we were good go. We cannot say enough good things about James and his crew. We were completely impressed with the super quick response time, all of our questions getting answered without hesitation and 2 days later my fireplace was completed!
