I’ve taken classes at Unleashed this past year and found the instruction to be excellent. Angela breaks down movement into very specific details so that you can understand where the movement is coming from. She is also very aware of how to help you avoid injury. Classes are fun and have a great consistency with enough repetition to help you retain what you’ve learned!

Just loved how Andres and his wife dealt with me so professionally in a friendly manner. They were well versed with the knowledge and understanding of the current gold market.
