The project managers assigned to us were most knowledgeable about the work to be done. The trades persons who were sent to our home were very competent and courteous. I was looking for a vet in Vancouver that had experience with Sphynx cats, and found 1st Ave. was quite knowledgeable regarding Sphynx; Sphynx have a few different needs from other cats.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very down to earth. The equipment is great (love the X Ray machine). It's clear they are all pet lovers.
Dr. Dhunna is a very nice vet who takes his time and LISTENS. He has excellent knowledge and skills.
I recommend them highly!

Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

I was recently disappointed to say the least after reading the review of a 21 year old’s experience after a purchase at the store!
Whatever that experience was according to him did not warrant his mysogonist,sexist, ageist attack on as he referred to as the “the old lady” how shameful it is that a young man would resort to such language because a piece of pin striping came loose!

Excellent Hong Kong style cafe. Best fish soup in town. I get cravings for their watercress fish soup with enoki mushrooms. You can choose toppings for your soup like pumpkin, beef brisket, lobster balls, or tofu skin. Prices are super reasonable. This place is very popular but they have enough tables so you dont have to wait more than a few minutes,if at all. They also make hotpots & HK style Western dishes. And they have bubble tea, which they can serve hot if you want. Black sesame is my fav!

This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts.

I am often in Vancouver and whenever I am there I only trust Dr. Kassam with my baby (my dog) Mylo. Any time we need to go in, we get prompt service and are seen in a timely manner. Dr. Kassam makes us feel at ease and truly cares about his patients, there has even been a few times he has gone above and beyond the call of duty and we are really appreciative of his genuine care and concern for Mylo. You can also count on him to be direct and honest.
