Food was a delightful surprise, since visiting a chain I would expect much less, especially with my past experiences with Kelsey's Menu!
Service was very good, the restaurant is nice, good atmosphere, though sort of noisy and chilly in the wintertime.
Overall, enjoyable visit!

Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

Technician came the next day after calling in and was in uniform with a labelled truck. This is important to me as I am a young woman and was alone at the time. He was very courteous and took the time to explain what was wrong and why my dryer broke. He had the part i needed in his truck and since he has repaired my dryer the unit has worked better than ever!!! THANK YOU!!

I had work done by Gus yesterday (December 7th). Every time I see Gus at Queenston Tire and Rim on Centennial I am favorably impressed by his attention to detail, his professionalism and his willingness to help people out when they are in need. Many tire businesses treat customers as a necessary evil. I always feel that Gus treats me as a person and tries to provide the help that is required. I am also impressed with the staff who work there. Great senses of humour and very efficient.

Had a lot of branches and tree trunk down because of a wind storm. I called reliable tree service the next morning. John and his team was here the next morning! All the branches and tree trunk were removed and cleaned the whole area up and took all the wood and chips away and left the area perfect! Thanks John and your crew! I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

These guys were Phenomenal...they came to our house on Wednesday last week to install our new garage door by taking down the old shelf above the garage (which took most of the day) and putting in our new garage door along with the aluminum capping, the lock in front of the door, the weather stripping etc. By watching everything all come together and the end result was just amazing.
