This email is for Erin, Anna' supervisor at the Lake House Restaurant. We went to the restaurant on the 27th of December. It was very busy but the staff was amazing and handled everyone with politeness and a smile. Our server, Anna, was particularly attentive and efficient as she constantly checked with us to be sure we had everything we needed. What really impressed us was her manner; she was mature, confidant, and had a subtle sense of humour. Simply said, she made our day.

When our father died in June of this year we found ourselves unprepared. After speaking with numerous Funeral homes with the overwhelming stress that surrounded the passing of our father, the situation seemed hopeless. Going over and above, doing some research of his own into this, it was Andrew (Drew) Gauthier from Merritt Funeral Home that went completely out of his way to call us and put our minds at ease that he would look after us from here on in. He did just that, from start to finish.

This crew worked from morning till night and finished on a weekend no extra charge! They were cheerful and respectful of my property at all times.
When they offered to clean the eaves trough while they were up there I was thrilled. They went above and beyond. Kudos to you guys. I would definitely recommend them.

We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called.
