Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!

What a buzz! If you haven't visited, I would encourage you to give it a try :)
The food is exactly how you'd picture it when you order, the atmosphere is alive and inviting. We came for a late dinner and were serviced promptly and professionally, despite the obviously busy restaurant.
Our server, Ashley, was quick and considerate of the whole table.
We're coming back :)

My recent visit to this Kelseys was one of the best I have ever had- despite the fact I did not enjoy my meal! I ordered the thai shrimp curry bowl and the sauce and noodles werent what I expected. After eating the shrimp & veg the manager noticed I wasnt satisfied & offered to replace the meal, when I told him I was no longer hungry he comped the entire thing! Really defined 'above and beyond' in customer service for me, cannot wait to return.

I do not regularly eat at this one. I prefer the one on Cliifton Hill in Niagara Falls. I went here for a date with my boyfriend. I was seated rather quickly and drinks were delivered quickly. I ordered their pepper pizza. Waited about 25 minutes and then got our food. It had less toppings as the picture on the menu.
The atmosphere was fine. The waitress staff were adequate.
But overall I prefer the Clifton Hill Boston Pizza. The waitress staff seem a lot happier. And the food LOOKS LIKE THE MENU PICTURES. There is quality in the food at other restaurants, not this one as much.

The staff is AMAZING!! If you consider the workload they have and how they are still able to keep a positive attitude. I have been to this clinic MANY times as it is the ONLY place I go for my medical care. The doctors are quick but if you have questions they will take their time to answer them. Great wings, good selection of food and drinks, and good price on pitchers and beer! Service is definitely better during the day if you like table service. At night, be prepared to go up to the bar to order drinks and sometimes food. My only complaint is that the shots are expensive and they seem a little on the small side.
Compared to other bars, they offer a much wider selection of food and have better deals. Service is a bit lacking, however, this is a very busy place, especially past 7pm, so servers can't come by every two minutes to see you, so keep that in mind.
If you're out for a night with friends, the beach is definitely a great place to start off!

Dr Alsahli has been my endo specialist for 3 years. Your lucky to get into his practice as a patient, if you have diabetes. He is soft spoken, caring, patient, insightful, everything I thought a Doctor should be in patient care. 10/10 and I dont normally offer false praises. I just pray with our bad health care system in Ontario he doesnt leave Niagara. Even his loyal office staff are kind and profficient.
