Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me. Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Lire plus

Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end. I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful! Lire plus
