The staff was not only friendly, patient and accommodating, they were very competent and had great attitudes !! Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !! Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. Recently went for vehicle inspection for imported 2021 Ford F-150 hybrid. Truck was like new ; however, our Provincial government insisted on inspection . 150 point inspection was already done by ford dealers. So here follows how I see good value with Canadian Tire Garage. They completed inspection on a truck that was like brand new and did not over charge. I find so many other garages on the SGI suggested inspection sites charging Twice. Why? When we purchased our Mazda the dealership told us there were "All Season" tires on the vehcile. As soon as the snow hit we found out very quickly that they were definitely not all seasons. When we started calling around we found out that they were infact a high performance Summer Tire - we definitely need winter tires - as we were sliding in less then an inch of snow. We had such a hard time finding snow tires for a Mazda - because it was a sports model - the rim size was not the average. This location was sooo helpful with tracking down what we needed and getting us in quickly. There was a huge snow storm last year - and we are sooo thankful that we went there and got those tires - I don't think we would have had an accident Free winter without them. Lire plus
