Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. Such a wonderful clinic! It’s so nice to go somewhere that really knows exotic pets. The entire place feels like a big, happy family. I saw both doctors with each of my rabbits- one sick and one for a spay- and wow! The care we received was incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have an exotic pet!

Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully.
