I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

My experience with this location was wonderful. I went in for a teeth cleaning and filling and left with a bright smile. Doctor Sharma was extremely understanding as well as patient during the entire painless process. Rather than rushing any judgement she re-assured I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning. We had flooding in our basement on a Sunday afternoon. Realizing that we couldn't do the clean-up ourselves, we looked on-line for a restoration company. Greg arrived within a couple of hours of our call with a whole team of professionals. The men worked to save our carpeted basement from 8:30 Sunday night until 2:30 am Monday morning. They were thorough, tidy, professional and helpful. Greg even gave us recommendations for a basement repair company. We couldn't be happier with Greg's service.
